Provide Input on Research Funding to Increase Local Fishing Activity

The Morro Bay Community Quota Fund is inviting fishermen, scientists, citizen scientists, and others to submit proposals for research on ways to increase fishing activity on the Central Coast from Morro Bay and/or Port San Luis harbors, consistent with responsible marine stewardship. MBCQF encourages all stakeholders to review the draft RFP that is available for public review (here). Please send any comments to Dwayne Oberhoff, Executive Director at dwayne@ecologicalmgmt.com.
